Day One of mini-vacation: fell asleep at 2 AM, woke up at 7. Got groceries, fell asleep while checking email on phone around 11 AM. Payday Friday meant indulging in a bunless Wendy's double stack with a side salad for lunch. Guess where the majority of my Christmas gift card went last night. :D I also cleaned up my playlists and discovered I have well over nine hours of nothing but stuff from the 80's. So! 30 day squat and pushup challenges: COMPLETE! And I have no desire to do 200+ squats and 90+ pushups in a single day EVER AGAIN. Those last days had my knees creaking.
